About me

Started my marketing path during my 2nd year of university, developing hands-on expertise in brand positioning and digital marketing.

Built a strong foundation at the largest ad agency in Central Asia, mastering strategic planning, creative execution, and performance-driven campaigns. Further honed my skills at top-tier international/local enterprises such as Burger King, Bank of Astana, Air Astana, Airba Fresh (Technodom group) and Visa, where I led marketing transformations, launched new products, mid/large-scale campaigns, and drove business growth.


Mindset: I thrive on continuous learning, problem-solving, and pushing boundaries in marketing and business strategy. My motto is: "Be better today than you were yesterday."

"Justice League" movie premiere in Kazakhstan
In 2018, while working at Bank Astana, I organized a premiere of Justice League movie in Kazakhstan. Access to the private event was available by ordering a Bank Astana card.
International women's day with Air Astana
In 2020, I organized an event to celebrate women passengers with International women's day. A special collection of gift chocolates and an onboard jazz singer performance were developed for the event. A video report is below.
We developed the fusion concept around the art and the aviation, as we launched our limited chocolate collection for the 8th of March date.
AIRBA FRESH

Built and led a 7-member marketing team, launching the Airba Fresh mobile app and driving the brand into the market spotlight. Delivered a multi-channel marketing strategy spanning outdoor, digital, PPC, SEO, and social media, achieving over 70 000 customers within 6 months.


Orchestrated a 1 500-person grand opening event featuring leading tech and retail partners, strengthening brand visibility and community engagement. Developed a loyalty program, brand book, and unified visual identity that ensured consistent communication.


The app ranked among the Top 5 in the Food & Drink category on both App Store and Google Play, maintaining an average rating of 4.9 / 5.

Collaboration with most famous Kazakhstan pop band - NINETY ONE, within the Tokenization campaign

The goals of tokenization campaign:

- To increase the awareness of contactless payment methods in Kazakhstan.

- To change customers behavior patterns of using Kaspi QR to using tokenized payments - e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Garmin Pay.

Partners
At Visa, I led strategic partnerships with major merchants, banks, and digital platforms across Central Asia, launching joint campaigns and co-branded promotions to drive card usage and brand preference. This included developing creative concepts, coordinating marketing assets, negotiating partner value exchange, and managing end-to-end execution of multi-channel activations featured on Visa promotions.
